Professional indemnity and legal protection
The commercial agency activity is covered by a business legal protection insurance policy, taken out pursuant to the product agreement of the Federal Guild of Commercial Agents of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. The territorial scope covers worldwide (excluding USA, Canada and Australia).
Note: Austrian law does not impose a statutory obligation on commercial agents to hold professional indemnity insurance. The policy was taken out voluntarily in the interests of clients.
Notice on the Finanztippgeber activity
Under trade licence GISA 38742828, no advisory services are provided regarding wealth-building, financing, investment, provision or insurance. The activity is strictly limited to referring interested persons to authorised professional asset advisors. There is no permanent mandate by the same client. Any activity reserved for professional asset advisors is excluded.
